North Woodstock Project
One of our most notable projects last year was the transformation of a stunning 12-acre property in North Woodstock, turning it into the top-performing short-term rental in Central New Hampshire. This project included converting a two-car garage into a luxurious guest suite, adding a bathroom, reconfiguring the floor plan, and constructing a deck and floating dock on a private pond.
The completed project offers guests an unique New England retreat. The estate includes the main house, a separate guest house, a state-of-the-art hot tub, a one-acre swimmable pond, a sprawling two-acre lawn, and river frontage along the iconic Pemi River. Additionally, there are over 7 acres of walking trails surrounded by lush greenery, perfect for a summer escape.

This exterior renovation involves rebuilding a massive 1,600 square foot deck and the garage beneath it, both of which had suffered significant damage due to leaks and rot. Part of our work is renovating the envelope of the home, which includes installing new windows and siding. Through our careful planning we can ensure that the rebuilt deck will not only be aesthetically pleasing but also highly durable.
Gut Renovation: 12,000 Square Foot Home
Our ongoing gut renovation of a 12,000 square foot home, involves substantial changes to the home’s floor plan, building systems, and overall structure, requiring full engineering plans and careful coordination. This project requires us to address significant foundation work, structural adjustments, and rebuild key areas of the home to ensure the result is a fully transformed space that meets the family’s functional and aesthetic needs.
