It’s About the People Behind the Projects
You see the finished decks, fresh siding, mowed lawns, and plowed driveways. But behind the scenes, it’s people – our crew, subcontractors, and suppliers – who make it all happen.
We try to take care of them the way we’d want to be treated ourselves:
- For our crew: Two weeks of PTO, a 401(k) with company match, Aflac supplemental insurance, company gear, competitive pay, opportunities for OT, and monthly team dinners. We don’t hire quickly – we take the time to find the right fit because we value our culture and want THS to be a place where people want to stay.
- For our subcontractor partners: Clear scopes, plans for most projects, prompt payment, proactive communication, regular check-ins, and steady work. We want our subs to see us as a long-term partner, not just a line on the calendar.
- For our suppliers: Mutual respect, clear communication, and paying our bills on time—because they’re the ones helping keep our jobs running smoothly. Special shoutout to Tom and Jennifer from Belletetes, who go above and beyond for us time and time again.
And sometimes, it just means stepping away from the job sites and spending time together.
Last month, we threw our summer company party at Tartaglia’s in Campton. The backyard was filled with good food, cold drinks, live music from The Red Hat Band, and some games of cornhole. It was the kind of night that reminds you why you enjoy the people you work with.
We’re proud of the decks, remodels, and projects we deliver—but we’re even prouder of the people who make them happen.
