As the new year gets underway, we wanted to do something a little different with this month’s newsletter.
Instead of highlighting our services, recent projects, or what we’re building next, we wanted to talk about the people behind the work at Tuck Home Services – our employees and subcontractors – and how we think about building a strong, lasting culture at THS.
Our Team
At this point, most of our core team has been with us for nearly three years, which is something we take real pride in. In an industry known for turnover, that kind of consistency and loyalty doesn’t happen by accident.
The Five THS Values
Everything we do – how jobs are planned, how issues are handled, how we think about hiring – comes back to our core values:

Over the past year, we continued to invest in the team:

How We Work With Subcontractors
Our subcontractors are a critical part of the THS ecosystem, and we’re intentional about who we work with. Up front, we focus on alignment around:

- Customer satisfaction
- Shared values
We work hard to build trust early. Our responsibility to subcontractors is to provide clear scopes of work, realistic expectations, and prompt payment. In return, we expect professionalism and pride in the work. When that alignment is there, everyone wins, especially the customer.

We are not perfect, and we do make mistakes. When that happens, we own them and do everything in our power to find solutions. Many of our best customers have been with us through some growing pains.
